I brought my car for a repair of a headlight. It wasn’t done the first day so I had to bring it in again the next am. And when the the car was brought out to me the light still wasn’t fixed. They had to take it back again. And I was the one that figured out it wasn’t fixed. The repair person never checked
Thomas Owens did an awesome job.
Initially, I was reluctant taking my car to Mazda of Orange, since my past couple experiences was pretty disappointing. Mainly due to service reps’ conducts.
I ended up taking my car there because of it’s proximity to a train station.
But then, I’m glad I did give Mazda of Orange another try. All that to say Thomas and one of the other rep restored my faith in Mazda of Orange service dept.
(Apr 22 and 23, 2019 morning, there were 3 reps: Thomas and 2 other guys. One of them is one of the rep managed my car’s service in the past, a rep I’d like to avoid. The other one was really helpful).
Because of Thomas and this helpful rep, I have a lot more confidence in taking my car to Mazda of Orange for future maintenance. They’ve done a remarkable job winning this customer. I even told my friend, a fellow Mazda owner to take his car there when it’s due for maintenance in the future.
