Paisley and that rest of the team in the service department were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Maintenance was quick and having a lyft take me to work and back was super convenient. I will continue to come here. Thanks for the amazing service! :)
I was changed $50 to replace oil pan cover screws that should never have come loose in the first place. It wasn’t the service persons fault. She was great

Paisley was fine, tom was fine, mary doyle was fine...but i called 3 times to check on my car status and could never talk to a live person. Always got voice mail...Certainly not BMW or Porsche customer service.
