This is my first time coming to your service department, these are things that you could improve from my point of view.
- when someone arrives someone should come to the customer instead of one trying to find a way around asking employees that walk by that just look at one when they can at least say hello.
- Sam was great, seem very knowledgeable but I am still waiting for his call on a follow up regarding a question I have.
- when returning the car, at least try to set the seat back close to where it was (just common courtesy) I appreciate the carwash.
- I asked for my rear wiper sprayer to be checked because it doesn't spray and they marked that it was working properly, It is not, still only a stream, according to Sam that could be a fan or something- either way is the same as when I took it.
- I was driving away and I noticed that they didn't reset the service light so I had to go back.
- A light on my dash keeps coming on,I am not sure why since they were supposed to refill all the fluids.
I was originally upset about the situation with my car (a new tire expense I wasn’t expecting) but Luis kept his cool the whole time and I ended up leaving feeling pretty good. He checked on me several times throughout my wait and even applied a discount which I really appreciated. Thank you!
She was really helpful, kept me updated & the car was ready when she said it would be. I tad disappointed no one went over the future work recommendations though. The paper said I advised I didn't want the work done when no one mentioned it in the first place.
Staff always courteous and engaging. Was a little surprised at the inaccuracy of the time estimate -- in at 10, was told it might be 11:30, got car at 12:15.
I got a oil change and tire rotation everything was fine I am told that my GPS was updated I have not checked out yet but satisfaction was achieved on everything else

I was not provided important information, my car was not returned as scheduled costing me significant time and money and your payment method is obtuse and archaic. I will never return or purchase another Mazda, your association with the dealership is ridiculous and harms the dealership and Mazda brand. I will inform them of this fact. I honestly had difficulty wrapping my head around your complete lack of customer service and incompetence. I will look into legal remedies and lambast your company wherever possible. Awful.

Service was fast, I love the fact that you sent a Lyft to take me home and back. Paisley was friendly, helpful and professional. We will continue bringing our Mazda to your location for service
I took my car in because air was coming in through the driver window. The door panel on the driver door is still lifted so it was not fixed when they checked the door. Now I have to take the car back on Monday so it can be fixed.
