I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times because the part was not available with the initial appointment on May 6. The part became available, as per Thomas Owens, on May 15. However, when I called the person I spoke with said the part had not come in. Thomas’s voice mail was always full so I never got to speak with him. I had asked that I be called when the part came in, that never happened. I feel the communication within the service departneefs a lot of improvement. Even though everyone said they were making a note of what I wanted, they must have been making these notes in a foreign language. Plus, every time I called and asked to be transferred to Nazda Service, the receptionist ALWAYS transferred me to the Ford Servuce. She needs to be be fired!

I always have to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to come and help me when I first arrive. The last time I took my car to replace the driver door panel someone made a dent on the window frame and a scratch below the driver door window so now I have to waste my time to take it back to get the damage repaired
