Car washing was a bit disappointing but the rest of the experience was very good. Under promise and over deliver works every time

Paisley and the service team were wonderful and my car is running very well. I would however like to ask the sales people stop calling me after I have my car serviced. I just purchased it not too long ago and I am not interested in selling.

She was very helpful and answered all my questions. I got my car back 30 minutes early

My car was broken in to and I was generally not happy about it. I drive into the dealership in sweatpants and a bad mood, Luis on the other hand walks up and just takes the lead. He gets me an estimate, and goes so far as to find someone to come to the dealership and replace my window. When it turns out the window needs a week to get delivered, Luis doesnt even bat an eye before a loaner car is set up and waiting for me just outside. To top it all off, when I started sweating about how I was going to pay for all this bad luck, magically already there is a payment plan set up. This entire situation could have easily played out with me saran wrapping a hole where a window should have been, instead: I got to test drive an awesome car, get mine fixed, and not have to eat top ramen for a month. Give Luis a raise, a hug, and a shot of something dark that burns on the way down he is worth it.

The process was very smooth. I appreciated the extra attention when he thought I needed a ride to work and a possible loaner if the work took a while. Luckily it was an easy fix and was completed really fast!

He was ver professional and answered all my questions and helped me with all my needs. 10/10 would come back!
