This experience on my last service was unpleasant to say the least.
Rental car is hard to access. Rental car was given dirty without a wash. My car had a flat tire within a couple of hours of receiving my vehicle so Mazda failed to point that out in the inspection. My vehicle was returned without a wash as well and paid a pretty penny to just do an oil change and a report that I feel was just filled out without proper inspection. Advisor seemed unsure of the guidance and battery life of my vehicle. My family has only purchased Mazda vehicles so we are disappointed this time around and will not be doing any service at this location.
