I will be completely honest with you this experience exceeded my expectations. Dealership service appointments always put me in a bad mood. I already know to expect attitude from the service advisors as well as them informing me there are no rental cars and so on. Through my whole 20 years of car ownership I’ve never had a dealer “wow” me or treat me with respect until NOW. Paisley I can’t thank you enough for making this service visit painless. I noticed a dent on my hood that looks like someone closed the hood with something underneath that didn't clear causing it to pop up and the paint is cracked... and the hose that was replaced was apart... I heard a weird nose and checked underneath the car and found it. I have photos of both. I would appreciate if your manager could reach out to me to resolve this issue. Thank you
