Great service but oil change prices seem very high.
Tom has taken care of my car’s needs time and time again, which is why I like to go to him when I go in for service.

The service manager was very nice and explained everything very clearly. We waited almost two hours, which is acceptable. Good experience over all.
You guys didn't fix anything. Told me to wait until you guys can figure it out. It's a brand new car and it's very frustrating to have to deal with it. I barely had 400 miles on the car when the rear sensor had a malfunction. It's not the representative that I'm dissatisfied with, it's the company as a whole that I'm disappointed with. I'm still waiting to hear back from you guys to see if you have a solution for the problem yet

The customer service team was amazing and very helpful but the maintenance team was horrible! I found trash under the driver’s seat that wasn’t there when I dropped off my car. I also found old pens with hair and sticky black oils on them in my center console. Almost as if whoever worked on my car used my center console as their own personal trash can! Also, they forgot to put a cap back on my back right tire after they checked for air pressure so I had to buy a new set of 4 caps so they would all match again. In the end, I’d give customer service 5/5 stars and maintenance 1/5 stars for treating a customers car like garbage. Next time I’ll be sure to take my Mazda to Mazda of Tustin where I know they will treat my car with respect.
He was helpful throughout the process. I do have one complaint and/or question that was never answered: Did they found the nail in one tire at I saw before we brought the car in? I did tell him about this when the car was turned in the night before. But it wasn’t on the initial paperwork when I looked at it the day after we picked the car up. Nor was there anything about it on the final paperwork when we picked it up. It was important to us as my wife is driving across the desert to Phoenix this weekend (6-21-19).
