The service in general is always good but this time someone scratch all over my car.
Im very unhappy since my car is very new and I take care a lot.
I Will come after tomorrow since tomorrow is 4july to see what you guys will do about it.
I will never more let you guys wash my car only mechanical stuff since today.
By the way you guys didn't wash just pass some towel and scratch all over my car omg I'm really sad.
It's better stop offering Wash if this can happen with other people

My last oil change I had to have a rental car for 2 days because something had happened during my oil change that was resolved. We were told that my next oil change would be covered to make up for it. Upon arrival for my oil change this weekend there was no one to greet us upon pulling in. Went into the office and 2 employees were standing at the computers and not one welcomed us or even asked if we needed help. We walked up to the counter and they thought we were there to pick up a car. We were asked if it was paid for and said yes knowing we had a comp oil change and come to find out that there were no notes in the system to indicate we were owed an oil change. We asked how long the oil change would be and were told about 4 hours when we had made an appointment. What is the point of making an appointment?! About 3 hours later the car was ready for pick up and the car had not been washed, but had overspray of something not only on the outside but the inside as well. There was no explanation for this and were given a managers card to contact on Monday when they would be in the office. Your team has disappointed me each time I have been here and is very upsetting how much of my time I have to spend letting you know.
