When I arrived I had a flat tire after having a slow leak for over a year and he assisted with me inspecting it to provide me with options. No visible reason found and advised having a mechanic assess before determining how to proceed. Turns out there was a broken screw in the tread that was missed over the last year by everyone. Patched tire and got me up to speed with upcoming maintenance needs. Helped me resolve issue with minimal expense which is appreciated. Also, helped me plan for future maintenance expense coming up; also appreciated.
The scheduling and servicing of our lease was great but when we asked for the car to be washed it came back in a much worse condition. My wife had to spend $30 to have it detailed at a trusted car wash near our home. This is not the service we are accustomed to at Mazda of Orange.
