Very disappointed at the service felt like it was a waste of my time. Add purchased vehicle no more than 5 months ago, at that time the salesman guaranteed me but the vehicle was not going to need any major problems for next 5 years being a used car. Just the regular things I would need to do. Oil change, spark plugs, battery, tires, we're in great condition or brand new. Guarantee that the oil change wood likely be the first thing I had to do because it's at 15000 miles spark plugs or at 60000 Mi battery up to 4 years and so on and so on. So when I went to go get my oil change they're very rude and I tried to explain to them about my battery the lady did not want to hear anything she just wanted need to say okay. She did she did not want to talk to me I tried to tell her about my battery that it was not working properly and what the salesman had to me prior to that asked me to her two weeks after buying the car I came in because I was having problems with the battery I guess they did not fix it. I'm still having problems with the battery she did not care she made me feel like I should have never bought the car there so I am going to give you guys a bad review and recommend nobody to buy a car from you guys again

Your service was so poor that I was forced to take back my vehicle. Jason Yee has over promised and then lied that my truck was being serviced when it had not been looked at yet. Jason also failed to write up the fact that my front brakes were metal on metal. This means that when you were finished servicing my truck that the brakes would still be faulty. Basically, Jason lied to prevent from turning me away and your service dept is not capable of doing this simple repair. I took my truck to another shop around the corner from you and the repairs are underway. For this you have lost the business of our fleet. I should have read you past reviews first. They appear to be true.

Made an appointment online for 7:00 am 1/14 because the heated and cooled seat on my 17 mustang eco boost premium stopped working. Showed up at 6:45. Service manager Edgar wrote me up. Advised they would need car until afternoon but I’d get updates from Ross. At 2 pm when I had not received any update from Ross I called. He seemed to know nothing about my car and told Me he would get a status on it as it looked like they had not taken it back yet. Ross called me back around 3:15 to tell me they would need my car overnight. This was not mentioned to me upon write up and left me 44 min to find a way home. I asked why and he said because they had not looked at it. Based on such short notice and then diagnosing the issue with the seat I asked for the car back. What’s the point of making early morning appointments and getting there before my appointment time if my car isn’t even going to be looked at. And the utter lack of any status on progress or lack there is is just plain terrible customer service. Very disappointing. Please call if you have questions.
