Was not informed of any work that was needed no one went over the report I do understand you guys are super busy and wanted to finish moving but at the end of the day I am paying to get a service done . I have gone to other dealers to have service done on my other vehicles and it’s completely different than here . Now I need to wait till Monday to call and find out what’s wrong with my vehicle since I did take the time to read the report there is a part that is torn ???? very unprofessional

Victor was helpful however, I dropped my car for a simple oil change and when I returned for pick up my check engine light was on! My car has never had its check engine light on before. I went back in to advise of my new found light and Victor replied with you can contact the Service Manager and told me that this was the last day of Ford and the switch to exclusively Mazda. I was quite surprised! He offered an appointment for Monday but I can’t accommodate that timeframe. I bring my car in over the weekend for a reason! It’s not about now having to take my vehicle to a different location, but that I dropped off my car without a check engine light and now have to attempt to arrange a time to fix it. I will not be paying for any services needed to fix this. ****-****-xxxx

I will never go back to this dealership at all! After giving Lou my info and keys, I sat and waited in the waiting area for two hours. Finally Lou comes up to me and apologizes because apparently they’re closing that side of the dealer and cannot accept warranty jobs any longer. The following day, I called the service manage (Mary I believe is her name), she didn’t pick up, and left a voice message. It’s been two days and I haven’t heard back. This dealership is a joke.
