I was told my service was done and came down to pickup my F150. When I got there I was told to wait and my truck would be brought up. After a half an hour they finally located my truck. Some one had taken the keys from the rack and no one could locate my truck. The service work done to my truck appears to be fine. The fact that you lost my truck was very concerning.

I was at Orange Ford to replace my windshield wipers and to see why water is seeping in my drivers door when it rains or I wash my car. Needless to say I was not able to leave my car today for 2days I will return I have not been happy the paint job— 1 year after I bought my car the paint on the trunk has faded The base of the seat (drivers side) broke And the floor mat does not stay on the clip-???????? I did speak with someone in customer service and they were not able to help me I would have to pay for the Repairs ???????—$40,000 vehicle ??

I waited for over 20 minutes with not one person helping me and I was the only car there at that time. As far as I’m concerned I will never take another of my ford vehicles to Ford of Orange and I always used you before. I own 3 ford cars and my two daughters each own fords purchased at Ford of Orange. Villa Ford now has all my and my daughters maintenance work. Your service center **** up in every way.

Jason ensured that I had a ride to and from the shop. He gave me regular calls to keep me posted. He underpromised and overdelivered, getting me my car back a full day earlier than expected. A+ all the way! I will be a customer for life and have already recommended the shop.
