Jason knew how to handle getting the approval of services through the third party fleet company which makes it easier on me to not have to get involved in the process. Glad to see the dealership improved the seating comfort for customers!

Jason was very friendly and helpful but as soon as I drove away my vehicle had the same exact problem. The hood ajar sensor came back on before I even got to the freeway. Not sure the mechanic even drove the vehicle. This was my second attempt to get this fixed at this dealership. Very frustrated!

For the third time, I brought my car in to have a window seal and the factory alarm system (that was installed here) looked at. And for the third time, no one was available to look at those items today. Even though I mentioned these specific items when I made the appointment. Consequently, I will never do business with Ford of Orange again.
