Jason, Thank you! Knowledge & customer service. I called four different “ Ford “ dealerships before I met Jason. He serviced my GT 350 Shelby. Most dealership s are completely disrespectful & short. This was not the case with Jadon. I live in Mesa Verde in the city of Costa Mesa. It’s a drive to get to Orange Ford. For that service it was worth it.

Victor was awesome. He took all my info, explained everything to me and said it would be about 1-11/2 hours. He walked with me to the waiting room and came in several times to update me on the progress’s I was out in an hour or less. Awesome customer service!!!!! Thank you Victor for your wonderful customer service A+++++++

I’ve bought my last three trucks from FORD of ORANGE since 05-07 I think. You guys have always taken care of me! Very professional and very transparent! You comp’d a rental when you had to keep my truck overnight and you got me out of there in reasonable time when I did wait during the day. You guys are awesome! Looking to get into a new truck.

It took a day and a half to replace a battery. When I came to pick up my vehicle it took them 25 minutes to get a representative to handle my situation and deliverer my car. Absolutely terrible customer service and I will not be returning or recommending this dealership.

I continue to go to Jason for any service or repairs needed for my car. He is respectful, honest, and can be reached to discuss questions and concerns . I appreciate his ability and commitment to follow through with every job. He does a great job and I would recommend him to my friends and family if they needed to take their car in for service at Ford/ Mazda of Orange.

Jason’s service was great and I really appreciate how quick and easy it is to get repairs and maintenance completed at Ford of Orange. I also appreciate getting a loaner car for a day as well as always getting back a car cleaner than it was dropped off....and communication and attention to detail is great. It would be helpful to have a master diagnostician available on weekends. I had to wait the entire weekend before my car could be diagnosed. Also when the car has overheated thus causing the cooling system to malfunction all aspects must be reviewed and checked. This includes the coolant replacement and checking the hoses for integrity breaches. This should have an INCLUSIVE price not tack-on's.

My service was awesome. Junior took my call in the morning. Arranged for a new battery. Got it installed in less than an hour. Perfect!
