I brought my F150 in for two specific reasons. One, whenever I started my truck there was a series of 25 beeps and two my windshield sprayers were not working. While my truck was thwre there were two major areas I was told needed repair. I approved the repairs and 10-days and $4800 dollars later I picked up my truck. Unfortunately as I was driving away he 25 beeps went off. The main reason I took my truck in wasn’t even addressed! I couldn’t believe that after all the money I spent this wasn’t dealt with. I was told I would have to bring my truck back in for further diagnostics. 10-days $4800 and the main issue was pushed to the side. Very unsatisfactory.

The service was excellent Edgar told me that my car would be ready around 2 and at 11:10 I received a txt that my car was ready I could not ask for anything better and my wife was really impressed that the car was even washed even though it Had been raining that morning after we had drop off the car , all my 3 vehicles are serviced there and I never had any issue with 2 of the vehicles were bought from your dealership. Most of all my vehicles have been fords thoses we’re not fords I didn’t keep them for long . Since 2003 all I bought were ford products and I will continue to do so in the future, THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP.????????

In the last 30 years I’ve only used two ford dealerships. The first one closed many years ago so we need to look for a second one. Used that one for over ten years until we moved and needed a third, looks like Ford of Orange will be that one. Great service and done in a very timely manner. Jason was great and took very good care of my needs. And as a perk, the car was washed, vacuumed. Thank you.

I have the car serviced every 3,000 miles (which takes about a year for me to do) and each time I have it serviced I am impressed with the dealership and the excellent service dept.

William provided me with excellent service and communication of the service needed for my Ford. I understood every concern and why it was necessary to spend a lot of $$ for a relatively new car. He provided excellent , easy to understand and logical explanations for each procedure performed. Paperwork was ready when I arrived payment took less than 2 minutes , and car was ready to go.
