Ross is AMAZING! We continue to drive from San Clemente for all our services because we have been so impressed with Ross. He is a perfect example of what Ford employees should mimic.

The tech repairing my tire seemed to have not been fully honest or greatly mistaken, saying it was unrepairable so I’d need a new tire because it was a nail in the sideshoulder when there was an obvious screw-in the tread and repairable.
