The service dept got me in and out much more quickly than I had anticipated. Victor listened to my concerns and went above and beyond addressing my concerns. He called me later that day to answer a concern I had about my windshield and although the scratch wasn't covered, he'd gave me a quote to replace it. That's above what I had expected. ????
Really liked the texting feature. I needed new tires and they had them on hand which was great, as other dealerships they had to order them and then I had to come back. They were also able to check my fuel tank recall on a Saturday, which other dealerships in the area said they could only do during the week, and Like many I work during the week, so glad they had the option for people like me

Great see. I thought the replacement key I needed was significantly overpriced but that was no fault of the service person.
I call ahead to schedule an appointment for my car to be worked on. They informed me it would take all day and i could bring it in at 7am on saturday so i could have it by that night. Later that night i called to see if the car was done. I was then informed the service center was closed and i couldnt get my car until monday. I never recieved a call or text and everyone i talked to just said they couldnt help me. On monday when i went to pick up my car i was stuck waiting 20+ minutes for them to get me car. They were not busy and thats why i noticed that the guy getting my car was standing next to me chatting about his day. Im now late to work and had all my weekend plans screwed by this service center. I asked for a status check on my car and never recieved anything. I will never get my car fixed here again. They clearly couldnt care less about customer service. Had they i would have spent way more money getting my tires and break and shocks fixed but now im finding a new service center.
Edgar worked very hard to get my focus repaired
sooner than promised. I needed a rental because of my job he got me one even though I did not have the extra coverage but because it is my last service before warranty expires.

Joel did awesome! Got my truck scheduled and serviced with no problems. He was courteous and friendly. I’ve been doing maintenance at Ford of Orange for almost 20 years and known Joel for several years. He remembers me and is always friendly.
I am completely satisfied with Edgar! The shop was backed up and I needed my vehicle back by a certain time because I was headed to a sporting event. He assured me it would be done and he delivered on that promise. I really appreciate it and him!
