I am very glad I take my truck to be serviced at your location. I was relieved when I picked up my truck from service yesterday and the issues were dealt with and taken care off. I especially appreciate the wash you guys provided for me. On a side note, I want to emphasize the importance that time it takes members of your staff to greet customers on arrival is something that needs looking into. On many occasions when needing service I find myself waiting anywhere between 15-20 minutes for help. I feel that a quick “hello, we’ll be with you shortly” or “we are busy at the moment, it will take a short time before we can help you” is better than leaving a customer to wait and wonder what is taking so long. But again that is a short comment, on a overall good service you all provide.

Jason has always taken great care of me and my F-150. This time I brought in my company car for a recall. He was able to take care of the issue and found another recall item and fixed that as well. My Director was so impressed that he worked with Jason the very next day to fix an issue he had tried to repair with another dealership with less than favorable results.
