On the first service, my car didnt come good. I has go take it again and they hit my truck. Took too long to repair it and when I called them they didnt answer. As a result I lost work days.

You guys just had my truck for so long. I understood the delay in getting parts and diagnosing the problem but in the future, when a person drops their car off if you aren't going to even look at it for more than a week let them know so that they can make other arrangements or hang onto their vehicle until you are ready to receive it.

When I call, it's numerous times being transferred until someone picks up. I sat on hold 22 mins before someone picked up. Operator had transferred me over multiple times. When I got there no one came out to assist me. I went in one door but he was supposedly busy. Lou was sitting in office didn't even acknowledge I'm parked outside his window until I walked in telling him I was dropping off car. I've bought multiple cars here & the customer service has just dropped since then
