Joel angulo was very nice and helped me with all my needs that I needed on my truck. Did the recall and inspections that i needed done. Showed me where the waiting room was and even offered me a ride to my home. Was nice enough to tell me he would be going on lunch and then come back and check on my truck. As soon as he came back went right away to check on it and Let me know what was wrong and needed to be done. Great customer service i will definitely be back

Still experiencing the same issue with the entertainment system. Not as prominent but still there. The trucked was washed, I did a second look to see if it was washed..less than so so job. So far it was just ok..
I had never been in such a situation a lousy service with incredible lies and delays I hope never to be there again in your services and much less recommend to someone there are many other Dealers Where can I try to see if they have better services.
Lou is great! No complaints about him, always courteous and helpful. But I was scheduled with the department for a recall to have the powertrain control module reprogrammed, however there was no reprogram available for my car so it was a little bit of a wasted trip this past Monday.
Lou was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about the situation with my vehicle. The warranty was a huge plus for me and having the loaner car was awesome. I plan on making myself a Ford of Orange regular with service or purchasing a vehicle in the future..
I was satisfied but the car is driving a little different now. Can’t quite pinpoint what it is but it just feels odd.
