I dropped my truck off and never had a follow up phone call. I had to call twice and found out that my truck wasn’t serviced. So I picked it up and have to plan for another day.
Every time I’ve been to the dealership for any kind of service Jason is usually taking care of me. He is very helpful and answers text messages if I have a question. He always walks me up to the counter and make sure I get all my paperwork. He’s a great guy

I had worked as a lot attendant at a Nissan dealership in Texas for 2 years. Firstly the condition I got my car after the wash was completely unsatisfying. There was still dirt or front bumper, side body molding, and rear bumper. Also dirt still on the door seals, and wasn’t vacuumed out very well. Secondly the shape that the showroom cars was very upsetting. Seeing a $45,000 Bullit Mustang all scratched up and dusty really got to me. Almost all the cars in the showroom were scratched and dusty. I had no issues with scheduling, and customer service through the service advisor.

My son took my truck in and he said the service guy that took the information was just rude no eye contact send them back to the car to wait there till he can talk to him while he was talking to somebody else just completely room uncalled for
