Ross was very friendly and helpful . He had my vehicle serviced quickly and called me within the timeframe specified. He offered to have me dropped off and picked up. He identified another potential issue while doing the replacement airbag recall and advised with options. I would return to this location based on Ross’s professionalism and communication skills.

Only thing I would add is tell me about the extra work you recommend instead of handing my receipt that talks about it and not saying a word. If I needed an air filter why was I not told? This happens all the time. Makes it look like I am not taking care of my vehicle

My only pointer is that I received right away a couple of text stating that I left my car and all future notices would be text to me however my car was ready the very next day and an e-mail was send to me. Since I didn’t expect an e-mail and I didn’t check my emails I picked up my car two days after only because I called inquiring about my car. If we start texting stick to texting that’s basically what am saying

Ross was awesome, he was very kind, and originally told me the car would be done in two-three hours according to the mechanics. The service for the car was actually done in about an hour and a half, but originally he felt bad and knew since I opted to wait that it would be awhile. However, despite these challenges, he enforced many of my requests and concerns on my ticket quickly since I did have an appointment after all. He is an asset to Ford and Ford of Orange specifically, and I trust that in the future if there is any trouble with my car, that he will make sure that his team gets the job done professionally and as quick as they can.

Took truck in for a recall issue and also for a recurring check engine light issue. Was told the technician had identified CEL issue and had fixed. Left dealership with vehicle drove back home. This morning check engine light was on again drove back to dealer about noon and was told nobody ( technician) was available to help and I needed to drive to Las Vegas on Monday for work...which is why I originally made an appointment in which the issue wasn't correctly addressed or handled. I dont have an issue with service writer whom helped me yesterday ( Victor Barron) but he was not there today so Service desk was somewhat dismissive of me with a " so sad Too bad" attitude
