William handled my air bag problem and kept me informed as to progress. I am disappointed however with Fords inability to solve my Sync3 problem. Ford had my car for a month last year to try to fix it. However the same problem keeps recurring but since it is intermittent, they cannot “duplicate” it. It upsets me that Ford will sell me a 50k auto with a sync system they cannot fix
