Your oil change with tire rotation price is outrageous $181.91. Up over $50 in 6 months. My bad! I should have gotten an estimate. ( for an oil change? )The truck is 11 years old and Ford of Orange has done 99 percent of all of the maintenance. Oil changes have never been so expensive. Very disappointed!
Ross is always attentive to the needs of the car when brought in for service. Researchers history as well as recognizing you as a customer. Ross knows your time is valuable and keeps you appraised of progress or any issues. In my opinion Ross is a valuable employee to Ford of Orange with his friendly greetings and concern.
