We took our car there 2 times and the part was not delivered. It was inconvenient to have to pay for 2 different Uber rides. The problem is still not fixed.

I have worked with Jason Yee over the past 3 years and he is very customer oriented. My complaints are not with him, rather how you are treated by others. I’m daughter has purchased 2 cars at your dealership and when I was considering a new car she talked me into using your dealership. Your device was great got the first 1-2 years but after that has gone downhill, fast. A few Saturdays ago I was on my way to Palm Springs for a wedding. I was almost to the OC/Riverside border when I was alerted that I was loosing tire pressure. I pulled over and found a screw in my sidewall. I had just purchased new tires at the dealership and called your service to see if they had one in stock, and they did. However I was told that service would be closing in two hours and wouldn’t have time to replace it for me. I begged under the circumstances and the service guy said I could leave the car for the weekend. I asked if I could rent a car and he said they didn’t have any available. I have been loyal to your dealership until this point, but after being treated like that I won’t ever recommend your service department again. I was very upset and didn’t get the service guy’s name.

Changed two battery, cost me for $419.60 it was unbelievable price. When I discussed with service adv Joel Angulo told me that each battery cost $140.00 and no labor charge. $280 for two battery may be acceptable. Now I am concerning to file consumer affair.
