I have mobility issues, Ross provided me"extra" care. Assisting me along the way. Ross explained my work order clearly & spoke up when he learned I am hard of hearing. He was kind, considerate and patient. Ross is an asset to the ford family.

The service provided to my truck and all of the information that is normally preformed with the initial diagnosis was false. If tire pressure was checked, it did not reflect. I had the PSI on the tires increased to 45. The service tech said it was adjusted to 35, which was incorrect. I also requested a possible bumper damage, or see if the rear bumper needed to be replaced. It came back with a replacement estimate. I took it to another ford dealer with a body shop in house and they stated that the bumper was fine and no replacement was needed.

Dropped my truck off Friday at 2pm, picked it up Saturday at 1pm. Truck was not washed. After waiting another 50 minutes for wash,got it back with a very poor wash job. This isn't the first time this has happened. Don't tell your customers free car wash with service if you might or might not half **** wash there vehicle.

This is my second encounter with William Hamilton and I find him to be friendly and courteous. He listened to questions I had and answered them to my complete satisfaction. He was knowledgeable about what I was asking and patient with my concerns. He was honest about the time it woukd take and was right on target with his estimate. He even told me he was going to lunch and that one if the other service people would check me out and telll he when my car was ready. He made me feel very comfortable leaving my car with him. He is a great asset to your dealership
