Edgar did a great job. My pro lemme is with Ford . My radio went dead, the sound module. I was charged $160.to take the radio out and diagnose the problem. The part cost $100. But the cost to install it wa going to be $900. That's $1000 for the repair. A 1000.00 DOLLARS FOR A RADIO LESS THAN 5 YEARS OLD. I HAVE HAD ALL MY FORDS SERVICED HERE. BOUGHT THEM HERE TOO, BUT THAT IS CRAZY. YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS. Paul D

I was an unfortunate experience. I spent 2.5 hours in the waiting room because the cashier insisted that she didn't have my paperwork . I could see my car parked outside in the completed parking lot (my phone died so i didn't have a text) and it had been 2.5 hours for an oil change and inspection that i was told would take 1-1.5 hrs to complete. I couldn't find the man that helped me to start with and the cashier kept brushing me off telling me to wait. In the end, it tuned out that she actually had my paperwork the entire time and was looking in the "V" file instead of the "A" file because she confused my first name for my last. (She had my driver's license and couldn't tell them apart apparently) So I waited nearly an hour and a half extra for no reason and was treated as if I was an idiot by the cashier who screwed up and didn't even acknowledge her error beyond blaming my name and not attempting to apologise. My car needs two new and expensive energy saver tires, in the immediate future. Guess where im not planning to go to buy them.
