My dealership does not charge for a diagnosis if they fix the vehicle. I feel like you charged too much.
Victor was great but I waited almost 45 minutes to get helped once I pulled into the bay and was told park and wait for a service rep. Seems like Victor was the only rep available to help and he was swamped it appeared. He was super helpful and made amends for the long delay but it was frustrating to wait by my vehicle for 45 minutes to be helped.

You guys wanted to charge me almost 2500.00 work on my car, I took my car else where and I was charged 320.00. I was not happy with the service. When I first stared taking my car to villa ford, they did not try to get me for extras. After your remodeling I don’t know what changed, when I would go for an oil change they wanted to get me for extras so I decided to go to Orange Ford, it’s bern the same way the last few times i’ve Taken my car in for service. I will not be going to either of your either of your dealerships.
Your service department is always top notch. Service advisors never pushy always respectful when suggesting upcoming work. Brakes ect. It really helps for planning on next visit for allowing for your time.
