I took my Mustang in for an airbag recall and had them look at my air conditioning that was blowing out hot air. I was told there was a fault with the blower switch, costing several $500+, so I had them replace it. When I picked my car up the air conditioning still didn't work. When I took it back I was told there were actually two faults. The other, more OBVIOUS fix, was to recharge the compressor for a $180. I asked why didn't you tell me that the first time, I would've had you recharge it first then see if it worked. Sure enough, after I told him to go ahead and recharge it, it worked, shocking! He told me it was his mistake and said sorry, but his mistake cost me $500+.
Now I'm a grease monkey myself and know a little bit about cars but for some reason I wanted to trust car dealer service, again. That part is my fault.

The guy who took care of me was very nice. I wish they would kind of give you a heads up as to how long the service will take prior to arriving. Just so you can prepare accordingly. Also I received a message and responded back to preform the service they recommended. When I got there they didn’t get my message, therefore they didn’t do it. I feel like maybe they should have called if they didn’t get a reply back within a few minutes? Especially since there system might be faulty.
i took my car in for service and Genaro was very informative and was able to diagnose my car and gave me great explanations to what services I needed. He made me feel comfortable that I was getting the best service for my money and I am happy with the outcome. I will definitely be back to ford of Orange. Thank you Genaro

My air freshener and some documents that I had clipped on the driver side sun visor we're just thrown in the backseat. There was also plastic, from what I'm guessing was to cover the seat, and a service tag that wasn't properly thrown away and was just left on the floor behind the driver side seat.
