Ford of Orange and the workers involved with my vehicle worked hard and promptly despite the situation they were put in. Mr. Pasillas answered all my questions with respect and honesty.
Edgar was very very helpful, answered all my questions and explained the whole process and what was the problem. He worked with me very well and I was so satisfied with all the answers he gave. I will definitely continue to go to Ford of Orange for my car needs, Thanks for such a kind and helpful young man.
Everyone was very helpful. They texted me notice updates throughout the repair to let me know what was going on. I dropped my truck off at 3pm Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend, and it was ready for picked the next morning by 10:00am.
I received great service and look forward to coming back when my car is due for service again.
