I checked on availability of parts for my Ford recall. I was told there were parts. Made appointment to get installed. Showed up on date/time. Received call the part was not in. Had to leave overnight. Even received call day before to verify I was coming in on appointment date. Service should have checked with parts before they confirmed my appointment to determine parts were available and informed me they were not reschedule, instead of leaving car overnight. Great thing that I had access to a 2nd car.
Great customer service when i got there thank you for fixing my recall guys i do have a question however my heated seats gave out would my factory warranty be able to cover it? Please email me or text me back
Workmanship was not to my liking. Repair was not completed, and a cover was broken where Work was performed. Very disappointed.
They didn’t wash my car and the guy said I could go in any time which I thought was cool. Thanks guys!

I got my vehicle in just before the last appointment time and was informed they could do the service but not a wash (due to the time). I was good with that but pleasantly surprised when I was told by Mr. Pasillas it would be washed after all ???? Mr. Pasillas was very polite, thorough and accommodating. A service vehicle I purchased the 2018, F1 50 Ford pick up was in for service due to a noise coming from the front wheel area. Brakes were inspected and the truck was returned as being OK. The noise persisted so the truck was returned. It turns out that if it will bearing needed to be replaced. This truck is driven by one of our project managers who covers LA today a point.
