Will was professional and thorough. Although we did not resolve the low mileage issue with my mustang eco boost, he encouraged me to return when I get more data. BTW I am getting 12 mpg combined on a new mustang. I fear we are looking at a production defected vehical

We brought the car there running. He then called me and told me I was being charged $450 to change the cable for the transmission. The cable was not broken, someone removed it at the dealership. This was the second time I’ve had to pay a tow truck ($150 total). The car is under warranty and I would really appreciate it if you took care of this matter because it was not good service at all. Lou the guy that was in charge needs to stop playing games and he has no experience helping customers..

Will was very nice and helped me out. But still thought the labor charge was too much for what was done. I diagnosed the problem and new what was wrong and could have fixed it in 10 min with the $9 part since the area was easy to get to.
