Kept the car 4 days didn’t do any work on it .Got the car back took another week before you could take it back. Said something about didn’t have anybody to work on it. I got updates from him the updates I got were that we haven’t worked on your car yet . From start to finish it took two weeks . I won’t come back not a good experience .

Mr. Barron is a great employee. I have never had a service person open the hood of the car and actually check it prior to starting my paperwork. This shows me that he pays attention to detail and goes the extra mile to see if he finds anything that may need attention.

Ross was very polite and courteous. Ross asked if I was going to leave my car there or wait for it. I told Ross I will be waiting for my car and he informed me it would be about one and a half hour wait and he was right on. Ross had told me that my car was being washed and would be ready in about 15 minutes. When the car was ready Ross Ross explained that all the items of the inspection were green. Ross then walked me over to the cashier and thanked me for having my car serviced at Wilson Ford. I couldn't of asked for anything more.
