The vehicle originally went in for a recall and the check engine light was part of the recall in replacing the catalytic converters. During the first visit all they did was reprogram the computer that was part of the recall but failed to check the check engine light before erasing the code and did not replace a catalytic converters. After we had picked up the vehicle the following day check engine light came back on for the original problem p0420 and p0430 codes. Catalytic converters. Inconveniently we had to take the vehicle back and they ended up keeping it for an extra week and two days before finally finishing the vehicle for its initial recall
Lou was great. I did have to wait a long time after told my F250 was ready due to the wash.

There is no detail about the tread depth remaining on the tires in the paper receipts. I would have liked to have that information.
