From the first moment on the phone with Lou, I knew my problems were solved! He and his team were the epitome of customer service, with care and attention to every detail. Knowing I’m trusting my car with a family of 6, this dealership gained my trust with their professionalism and “can-do” attitude! And to top it all off, I returned to my car with a robust cleaning (vacuum too!) and they even polished my tires. Wow! I am blown away. Thank you Lou...and team...for getting me back safely on the road!

Ross went way above and beyond to help resolve the issue created by a different ford dealership. He got my car fixed the right way and treated me with respect. I’m so pleased with the staff at ford of Orange and I’ll definitely give them my business when shopping for my next ford.

My service adviser added on service not required by ford per my owners manual. Then when confronted by my husband chose different words as to how he offered the service. Changed his story. All it needed was an oil change. He added on wheel alignment and 2 different air filters. Per owners manual none of this is needed for a 15,000 miles service. No body greeted me after at least 7 to 10 people walked by me while I waited to be checked in. Customer service is horrible at this dealership!!! Not sure I'll be returning for future service. We purchased our vehicle here and was supposed to be VIP's, not sure that is working out in our favor!!!

horrible service. made me wait over an hour because it was being "washed." once my truck was returned to me, the truck was the same, no wash. Wasted my time. horrible service!

I am always happy with Ross as my service advisor. He is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. However, I do not have a good trust of Ford of Orange and feel I am not always told the truth.
