Jason: is an amazing person. I have a very busy schedule, I was late for my appointment. Instead of departing, I waited at the lobby. I was able to have some me time. I did some paperwork. Hurrays to Jason... I am glad to see better customer service. I am a nurse, and I personally know how difficult is too deal with people. Jason’s people skills, were given by his parents. The FORD Company needs to pay for the Defective parts —— —my Explorer is a 2016 model—yet it is now on its third driver side visor***** ****—seems to be a design issue***(wires get cut—so the lights don’t work) (***and my vehicle has LESS than 30,000 miles!!) ****This is clearly a design/manufacturing issue.

Jason has helped me with the past two visits I’ve had with my vehicle and has always fulfilled my requests in servicing my vehicle. As someone who works in the automotive industry, finding someone who takes their job as seriously as he does is rare.
