Lou DeMarco and you service team went above and beyond our expectations when they got our vehicle into your shop on a Friday morning to check out a battery issue. They replaced the faulty battery and cleaned the vehicle. We were traveling at the time and this really brightened our day knowing the vehicle was repaired and we could continue with our trip. I purchased a protective clear sealer coat from Ford when I purchased my vehicle. I was told it was a film. It was no film. It was a liquid. I was told any chips or damage to the paint Ford would repair and repaint the vehicle at no charge. Ford salesman lied and your service people didn’t take care of the paint damage either. I will find my sales contract and have my attorney contact Ford to get my paint damage repaired.
As usual, Jason Lee was very attentive and kept me informed of the progress of my service.

I’m really upset they never called me to let me know my truck was ready. I was waiting for it.
My only concern is that the service Dept was again unable to find source of the range indicator problem that occasionally gives me range anxiety
