I was extremely pleased with the customer service Lou provided. From him hearing my concerns regarding complaints we made under warranty but were never addressed to taking time to investigate further with technicians ... to receiving courtesy calls from him on the status. When I picked up my Ford Flex last Thursday I was anticipating that after 10 days the one major noise complaint on record under warranty would’ve been resolved. It wasn’t. In fact, it sounds worse.
That complaint was that at 70 miles an hour there was a noise from front window. That noise is still there along with a vibration under the dash. In looking at the final paperwork I see the odometer reading was the same as when I dropped off my car. So, it would appear that your techs don’t take the vehicle out for road test. I’m curious ... how then do you check for those noises?
We’re grateful for the repairs that were made, especially one of those under warranty (no charge) but extremely disappointed that the one that screams the loudest (so to speak) is still present.
Some things just have to be done. Could save a little money but I always feel ok about what I pay. Probably 30% more than what it's worth. Prefer to save time on running around and piecing maintenance together.

Jason rocks! He came thru when my family and I really needed someone to help. We were moving our daughter into her apartment in advance if the start of her first year of law school at UCI. We live in the SF Bay Area and he took care of our car, got us a Lyft to Enterprise and got our Navigator back to us. We are back home now and are truly thankful. I appreciated how quickly I was taken care of, the estimated completion time was spot on and I left with my car much better than when I brought it in.
I don't appreciate when they tell me nothing is wrong with my car when I am the person who drives the car all the time and see these problems. My speakers and screen don't work and they are telling me they do. They only have my car for a few amount of hours and of course it won't do what it does to me in that time. I don't understand why they think I am lying about these things. I just want my car to be fixed I am paying for a car and expect to be treated well and have my problems fixed.
