I called my local Ford service dept twice & had to leave messages to try to schedule work. Never heard back. My son drove 400 miles to Orange to settle in before school started. His car had the issues after arriving. Lou was very professional & kept me up to date on the work & the work was completed earlier than expected. Thankful from Santa Cruz County.

Thank you for a great experience today. I was prepared for a long wait in the customer service lounge, but my vehicle was done (and washed) in just over an hour. Awesome!
Great service. But Will was unable to use my rewards points because he said I haven't clicked on the agreement. Called your rewards customer service. She said I had the agreement since March.

Oil drips on driveway at home after. Did not clean off oil drain on shroud.
