William has been my service advisor the last two times I have been in he is my only trust moving forward with your service department. I had a bit of a disappointment prior to that with a oil change that left my oil cap off and dipstick not pushed down all the way I drove home from the dealership and it covered my beautiful paving **** driveway with oil, Ford of Orange gets not so great advertising for everyone who walks past my house in Old Town Orange when they ask me what happened to my driveway, when William is gone I will move over to Villa Ford for all 3 of my vehicles I’ve bought from you in the last 2 years but my driveway will remember you.

Brought my car in for a broken door latch which was the only diagnosis. Picked up car went home and the drivers door opens while the alarm is on. Brought it back it to be told a latch assembly kit is needed now to be replaced. The door never was able to open in an armed position but now it does. Only to be told it was cost me an additional $443- after just paying 240-??? Seems a little fishy. On the original repair did any the techs check to make sure the door operated correctly before releasing the car back to me??
