We made an appointment earlier in the week to bring our car in on Saturday When I arrived with my car in to be serviced at 715 am on Saturday the attendant checked to see if I had an appointment. He told me that I did not have an appointment. He said I should have made my appointment on line When I said I could leave the car all day he did take my car to have the recall part fixed.

Genaro was great and took care of all my car needs. I left paying what I came in for and it was quick. One thing I did see that the tech forgot to put a bolt back. I have a bolt sitting in my car wgen I picked it up. Hope it doesent have a negative affect. But I love Ford of Orange. Geart customer service Genaro saw me waiting at valet and came over to help get my car. That was nice of him. Thank you for taking care of my car.

The drop off was fine. The repair work was fine. There was a mishap with the new seal and you had to keep the truck for an extra day, but that was not an inconvenience to me. The problem arose when I came in to pick up my vehicle. The experience with the cashier, waiting for the truck to be brought up, and the grease prints on the drivers side floor are the reasons I’m so disappointed with my last visit, and the reason I doubt I’ll be back.
