Joel is great understanding. Mary managet said she can only do work Ford tells her is ok. I'm not happy about this, at all. Ford has NO preventative maintenance. They only fix when something breaks.
Victor processed my request for service quickly got the truck in to be looked at and they ordered the parts the first day. I got my truck back the next day after the full repair was done under warranty
After I left the dealer my check engine was on for the rest of the sag.
Jason is very accommodating and is able to work with me even when I worry about the out come.
I can't find better though I have been to many.
I bought this car four and a half years ago from this dealership and I continually bring it in here for all its services because I always get great customer service. There has always been outstanding communication as to estimated costs, work time, and any additional work/services that need to be done. Edgar was very helpful in letting me know what services my car needed and still needs, and I of course will be coming back to take care of those.

We really appreciate the personal service we get when we bring our cars in to be serviced at Ford / Mazda of Orange. The service team and the Service Manager, Mary are always very helpful and take care of the issues we have had with our cars. Our only complaint is the car wash job isn’t very thorough.
