We brought the vehicle in for an oil change and to check transmission. Transmission clutch is a known problem and 3rd time it has had to be fixed. I understand the people that work in your service department did not create that issue, Ford engineers did but it is upsetting because I have always bought Fords and will not purchase another. Lou Demarco called me after the vehicle was checked and stated that my rear tires were bald and needed to be replaced. The tires are 4 months old and very goid touring tires. I said no. He also stated my battery was about to go out and the terminals needed cleaning. I agreed to this. The battery service was never completed and on the paperwork the mechanic filled out it satated my battery was fine, in the green. Why am I being recommended work that does not need to be done. This is my second point of mistrust for Ford and first point of distrust for your dealership. I was promised my car back in a couple of days but did not get it back for a week. I was promised my rental would be reimbursed. I will follow up with Enterprise on Monday to insure I received credit. I will not return to do business with your dealership or Ford Motor Company and I am very disappointed after 38 years of owning Fords.

Its the first time back at a Ford dealership in 10 years. I was happy with the service but probably won't be back. Huntington Beach Ford STOLE $8000.00 from me and Ford Motor Co. told me that Huntington Beach Ford didn't represent them and wouldn't help me. I only went to a Ford dealership because I was in a bind. I will never buy another Ford. My family will never buy another Ford and some of my friends will never buy another Ford. Quite a few co- workers said they would not buy from Huntington Beach Ford.
Every thing look good, I need to drive it for a few miles to be sure. Thanks for taking care of my baby.

Last time we came to get a recall repair we were given a rental car. When we arrived this time for our appointment, we were told that our recall repair could take up to a half day and no rental cars were no longer offered. Ok...when we asked if we could just pay for a car ourself, we were told that there were no cars available. We had to walk a small distance to eat breakfast as we had an early appointment (7am, when the service department opened). I have to walk with a cane and that small distance seemed like a longer distance. We were extremely happy when we had finished our breakfast and Edgar called to tell us that our car was done! It was finished!! Edgar had managed to move us to the service bay quickly. We love Orange Ford and are willing to drive the 1 hours drive on the freeway. We will never go to South Bay Ford again. (Maybe a 20 monute drive via the freeway). Our whole family goes there now. Thank you Edward, you are the best!

The representative was not truthful. When I asked to change the oil to the same package like the last time I was there, he said the prices have gone up and gave me the highest package which was $79.95. Instead of giving me options for other packages. Also, I was told that the oil change would take 2 hours but instead it was about 3.5 hours.
