When I arrived I couldn't find anyone to help me. No one was at the valet station, no one was in the service office, so I flagged down another employee to help me and he found Lou. Lou did a great job. He was friendly, quick & efficient. When I returned to pick up my car it wasn't smooth either. There wasn't anyone around to help. One person was at the valet stand but didnt offer any help. Thankfully I remembered I needed to go into the auto parts side. There was a delay, but then I was assisted. Closing the transaction was quick, however no one reviewed with me what repairs were complete. I left feeling better that my car was fixed, but I left feeling I had to value to your company.
I prefer set up an appointment for Friday morning at 7am, on wednesday night at 530pm. For 4 new tires and an oil change. I confirmed tires were in Stock with Lou, as I needed truck completed by 1pm. I dropped of car with Lou at 7am, as we had set up. Luo then called me at 10am, letting me know they didn't have the tires and asked if Saturday would work. I said no, I'm waiting for the truck then headed to San Francisco for work. I finally got a call from Lou at 4:55 letting me know the truck was ready. Very disappointing, I will avoid Lou on all future visits. This was pre-set up Wednesday night with Lou, tires in Stock and would be competed by noon. Both failed.
