Victor was a good communicator and I can’t complain about that. But your mechanics put twice as much oil in my car than you’re supposed to and it was heavily smoking and spurting out the entire drive back to my house early this morning (Saturday), after you worked on it all day Friday . I called you immediately after getting home and was forced to leave a message with your service managers voicemail, and no one called me back the entire day! I have to take the car back to you to make you fix this and do it right , which means Monday and you better have a rental car for me to use as this now interferes with my schedule and work and paycheck and transportation

Bought my focus at McCoy mills Ford because it was the last one I could find in my area. Wasn't pleased with the staff or service. I felt taken advantage of. Then I came to Ford of Orange which is next door to my work and was blown away. They have taken such great care of me. So helpful and courteous. My last service visit I was matched up with Edgar Barron. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Answered all my questions and took great care of me. I will never go to another dealership. Save me a new bronco because I am coming to get one. Ford of Orange is the best!
