Third time in for an adjustment to my Ford of Orange car alarm that was pushed on me when I bought my 2019 F150. I don't think it was worth the money and I have been fined at my HOA for my alarm going off when even a small truck drives by. The service rep was nice enough and quick turnaround but I noticed that in the field describing the issue he did not share that it was the third time in and if it's not fixed customer wants the alarm removed. We will see if this third adjustment does the trick but if not I am coming in once again and will not be in a good mood. I have little confidence it was adjusted to be honest.
Joel was very thorough in his review to see if my vehicle needed another other items addressed. I spend a lot of time driving and obviously don’t need any issues popping up at that point in time.
Ross is on it! Customer service skills are on point. Came in for my breaks and he took care of me. I really appreciate the good people of Ford of Orange. Good service is hard to find these day. Because of that, I don't go anywhere else. I live in Fontana and commute every day to Orange so it's important to me that my car stays reliable and by doing so, I go to Ford & Mazda of Orange. Keep doing a great job!!
