The experience of vehicle maintenance at Ford of Orange always ends on a bitter note when it takes an unprecedented amount of time for the dealership to find the keys, find the truck, and then find an available employee to drive the vehicle to the waiting customer. This experience was no exception for my employee going to pick up the vehicle.

I took this car in several times for the same complain the car juddered too dam much, I felt like it was going to leave me stranded in the road. When I got the recall notice I was like "FINALLY" this is going to stop & sure enough I can feel the change in my car it's a smoother drive!!! I'm unsatisfied of why it had to be addressed after a recall and not prior to allllllll my previous complains; however I'm happy it's over and I hope the issue doesn't come back!
