I actually really liked Genero’s service/attentive help. Ford was my second opinion for brakes that day which I felt like I was be taken with inaccurate and misleading diagnosis from AAMCO. I went to my Ford Dealer Right their Free brake inspection.. For some reason I wasn’t believing/trusting them. I felt Genaros PR manner professional and believable. Thank you sincerely see you guys again for your service to my vehicle as needed.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t the best experience. I showed up at 7am for my appointment to drop my car off to have my transmission checked (again) on my new explorer only to be told they had forgotten to put me into the system AND the transmission tech was gone for the entire weekend. Thankfully “Junior” is an outstanding customer service advocate and was nice and calm and kept me calm as well. But my car was kept 3 days and no one even looked at it! I had to come and pick it up to be told they recommend I take it somewhere else. This is after the battery in my new car died and I had to pay $200 out of pocket to get a new one even though I had an extended warranty. Not happy at all with Ford.

Excellent job. I only had an hour and the team moved me thru fast and I was on my way on less than an hour. Special thanks to all the guys at Ford of Orange.

The issue was never resolved. I couldn’t leave my car overnight because I need a car and was waiting for a call when a rental became available. My car is still making the same noise.

I took my truck for a oil change service on Saturday 10/19 and leave my truck and this guy name lou demarco supposed to call me when my truck was done but he never called me back so I called him around 4:00 pm nobody answered I decided to waited for Sunday morning so I went to the dealer and it was closed but my truck was there open so I had my extra keys and I took it monday nobody called me all day until I went after work to pay for the service and pick up my keys very bad service.
