Kind of thought it was weird how I was almost charged for my “coolant leaking” even though I brought my car in for a new battery replacement. Kind of feels shady and makes me not trust you guys. Otherwise, it was well done (so far). Love the cleaning you guys do after service

Guys, when I receive a text message from a random number saying “thank you for trusting us from your vehicle” and I’ve already gotten my car back, I’m kinda going to freak out at first because ... well it just comes off like you’ve taken my car. Could you have some sort of introduction? Like just something where Ford of Orange pops up instead of “Us”? If it were an email I’d know exactly who was contacting me, but a random number... especially when I got my car back Yesterday. Same day, sure I might get it. But this delay caused me to worry.
Of course when I eventually did open the full message I understood what it was. But still, “thank you for trusting us with your vehicle” sorta out of the blue...
Maybe I’m just overreacting.

I am very disatisfied with my visit today. I only came in for a diagnosis on my camera amd it took 3 hours. And then I had to ask multiple times for an update on my car. I was always given the run around and pointed from one person to another. I saw my car parked and got up again to ask and they said its almost ready. I pointed to my car outside and as i suspected it was ready!!!
